 I dont know what im doing wrong. When i started my weight loss journey i was stupidly sticking to 1200 cals a day, working out for like 40 mins a day so burning around 300 calories, this was before I realised the whole BMR/Net calorie equation.
Im 5'7, around 71kg, 19 years old.
So now ive increased my calories (healthily), i STICK to healthy foods, i work out everyday, though i did binge on the weekend (feel so guilty), I still havent lost weight..
I just dont know what to do.

How long has it been since you started eating back your excercise calories? Sometimes it takes your body a little time to adjust and realize you are not going to let it starve. Don't get discouraged, if you are doing everything right...logging all your calories eaten, correctly determining the exercise calories, ..then you will be successful.
Do you use a heart rate monitor when exercising? I just bought one and it gives, I think, a much better accounting of how many calories I expend during my exercise sessions and walks outdoors. A good investment I think.
Keep at it...and if in a couple of weeks you still aren't seeing any change, then I would consider seeing a Doctor to get checked out and make sure there isn't anything medical getting in the way of your progress. I'm rooting for you! You can do this! :flowerforyou:0 -
2 weeks..i guess i should just be patient, and i know it doesnt help that i binged yesterday, but i hope that i atleast manage to lose 1 pound by the end of this week0

From reading MFP posts, it looks like it often takes 2-4 weeks, so you need to hang in there, don't worry about the scale (for now), and remember to look for patience while your body adjusts to this positive change.0

Sometimes a little 'binge' is just what the body needs to give it a little boost in the right direction! I had a 'bad' day yesterday too...I think a lot of people did. The trick is to get right back on track today. This week will be good! :happy:0

Thanks so much guys.
I hope so.
I think im just gonna stick to working out every day, eating healthily/the right amount of calories, and not weigh myself again until the end of the month.0
