Advice needed

Hey everyone, im 19, 5'7 and currently 70/71 kg (my weight is fluctuating). Want to lose around 20 pounds, even losing 10 would make me happy.
I was just wondering if this as an exercise routine is good in your opinion?
5 days a week - 60 mins cardio - high intensity/varying intensity throughout - either elliptical, stationary bike, or spinning bike.
7 days a week (well, it lasts 30 days) - a level of the 30 day shred - im currently on day one.
Do you think thats enough variation in what activity i'm doing?

For such a weak goal this is satisfactory. It seems like a lot of running so just make sure you are eating enough, and sleeping as well
I would consider making a more long term goal for when you accomplish this one.0 -
How is that a weak goal?! I wanna lose weight and tone up.. im like 154 pounds and my ideal weight would be around 130 or even less, but I was just being realistic for the short term..0

Well first off losing weight and "toning up" (can't believe I am even saying that silly term) are 2 completely different goals. If you want to build muscle start off by eating a few hundred calories over maintenance so you can put on some muscle. Then after a few months of that cut your cal, so you can "tone up"0
