Could someone explain to me how and why if you lose weight to fast you lose muscle? Can't you rebuild that loss rather quickly if your continuing to workout?

I would think that being overweight would be more dangerous than exercising 5x a week and eating less. I don't know...what did he/she tell you to up your calories to? To up my calories to at least 1500 and again exercise 3x a week

My calorie goal is 1200 but I do not ever miss a day of exercise and I burn 380 cals a day. I'm having the results I wanted but again I'm just 3 weeks in. I'm not sure if I should just eat to reach my 1200 cal goal when I feel good. Also I pretty much eat at the same time each day for my meals because my body is telling me…

Whats more important ? To only eat when your hungry and eat sensible or eat your daily calories? I feel like i'm satisfied every day, but i'm always about 400 to 500 calories short. This is working for me so far. I have lost 13 lbs in the 3 weeks that i have been using MFP.

I know your supposed to stay close to your caloric intake but how many of you eat your daily fat allowance? Are we supposed to be consuming this amt or like me do you just focus on the calories and eat as little fat as possible? How much fat cals are OK ???
