I've been eating 1200 (or sometimes less) calories and busting my *kitten* for a month running, doing turbo fire and 30 day shred and put on my jeans this morning…

I just started the 30 day shred a week ago and have not had any results, in fact my clothes are feeling tighter. I am not eating more than 12-1300 calories everyday so I am really disappointed with this.
