Not sure if someone else has already recommended but I bake organic corn tortilla in the oven and use those as tortilla chips with my salsa ....it is amazing!!

I am the mom of a child on the ASD spectrum...difficult at times but a joy to raise. She passed away last summer at the age of 18. She was /is an amazing gift and there probably will never be another person who will teach me as much about myself and what I am capable of handling then her...

I would like to really tone up and lose 5 lbs this month. I have begun weightlifting so more likely I will lose inches....

I workout 5-6 days a week and love it!!

Plain Greek yogurt...sugar free cheesecake jello mix + berries then freeze for a few....taste like cheesecake ..

I work out in the evenings 6 days a week and then 3 days a week I do an am workout as well. I prefer mornings but it is hard to get enough time without having to get up at 4 am....

Alright so i don't know if your still on here or doing this but i just started day 1 of this 12 week program...it is very doable and is a quick workout to add to cardio...is anyone else interestes in doing this with me???

I am in!!! My oldest daughter (18 yo) passed away last June so this will be my first Mother's Day without her so I am thinking the busier the better!! I am always up for a new challange.

I just checked this out and I really want to do it. I will start week one today. I am really excited. I am more a cardio girl and my husband is a big weight lifter so it will be fun to work out with him.

Have you ever tried a spin class ...it is pretty intense. I agree with the other poster who said you get out of it what you put into it!! It can be an amazing workout.

Good for you!! I went through something similar last year and really took time to take care of myself ect...and I am so glad I did. Sometimes you get so lost in being a mom, wife, friend ect...you lose who you are. Best of luck!!
