You can do it. Your wedding dress is the biggest motivation you will ever have! I'm currently trying to fit back into mine for a celebration party (got married abroad in feb) and its sooo much harder when you don;t have an actual wedding to look forward to LOL.

So this challenge wont be anything to strenuous!
Just something where everyone can help motivate each other so actually get the their goals, but with certain rules.
I haven't fully decided what the whole set of rules are going to be, but i have some.
Okay... Have strict clean eating all week, except from one day (you choose your own) where you have a spike day.
But on the days where you are eating clean, you have to eat to your whole calorie goals and don't lack in eating calories (Noone can eat under 1200 calories) and on these clean days you cannot have 'cheat snacks', you have to wait until your next spike day.
Everyone can do an exercise programme that they have. It doesnt really matter what one you have, aslong as you can stick to it.
If you dont have an exercise programme DVD, just do your normal exercise. Or do both - Like i will be doing. I will be doing all my normal activites like running, walking, wii ECT and i am also doing Fit in your jeans by friday -Kim kardashian.
The MINIMUM calorie burn for EVERYDAY is 200 calories - But obviously people burn more than that!
Can anyone think of anything else that you would like to be a rule? Any restrictions?
Oh yeah this shall last for 30 days. But after that it can be started up again if it is going to help anyone!0 -
