I had a BAD hamstring pull a little over 3 months ago and it's still not normal. I have maybe 65% of the flexibility I used to have. It also hurts after about 45 minutes of jogging/fast walking.I'm afraid it will never be normal again. :(

JB, I love the contoured KBs too. As far as Bob's instruction, he is who I started with and I think he has good form. I took a few bootcamp classes and asked the instructor to show me proper form, and it was just like Bob's. I like the Walgreen's generic cloth headbands that are about an inch thick. They are thick enough to stay in place but don't pull.
