  • W2D1 finally done! Took me a couple of times (sprained my ankle during first attempt, then muscle cramps during the 2nd attempt). I'm ridiculously slow, more "wogging" than jogging but I'm moving!
  • I just started last week. I also incorporate strength training and already seeing a difference in my endurance.   • When I had long hair I would pull it up in a "Pebbles" aka ponytail up on the top of my head. That kept it out of my face and no annoying "hair lump" on the machines. Now I have short, chin length hair & use a bandana.
