this thread got crazy! but my goal is 130. It was 140 to start, which I reached and was happy with, would've been just fine at that weight. but my overall goals have changed since then. I am kind of shocked at the number of women who want to be 115ish. I can't really imagine being 15lbs lighter, I would be skin and bones!…

Calm down and relax!! :) I can pretty much guarantee you did not gain 3lbs of fat, or muscle. If you have just start exercising from a break, or never have intensely before, etc... then it is probably water retention. It happens to me everytime I change up my routine or increase intensity, something like that. usually…

Both. I do yoga once a week right now, but wish I could do it more, like 2-3 times. I also lift 3 times a week. I love lifting cuz it makes me feel like a beast. I just feel so awesome and strong after. Try it!

I've been eating the plain 0% with homemade granola for breakfast, for several months now. I love it, it took me awhile to get used to the flavor (I have never ever been a plain yogurt eater), but its great! the 2% plain does have a less tangy taste, if you are not used to plain. I haven't had the full fat fage, but i…

yes, just something lighter. usually greek yogurt and homemade granola. quick and easy. I don't workout super early though, 9am. eat at about 8am. then im starving when im done. :)

great summary! thanks so much!

Nugo Slim bars, im obsessed with the roasted peanut butter. fiber, low sugar, no sugar alcohols, good amount of protein. They make dairy free version too that is good as well. Quest bars weren't too bad, but too chewy, I'll have to try the microwave tip!

Yes, I plan to in the next 3-5 years. We just bought a house and are not sure if we're done having kids, so will have to save up a bit. :) But they are in such a sad state! lol as you can see in my pic, im practically flat! blah!!

considering you're 18, I think you can get away with it. If you want to! I personally do not understand the trend. or all the see-through shirts. I HATE wearing more than 1 shirt people! im not a layers person! lol

you look great op! nice guns!! mine have been starting to show when lifting, and I kinda love it. lol :)

I'm 5'6'' and according to the "frame calculators" I am small framed. However, I tend to carry more muscle mass. Anyway, I'm currently 134. My goal is 130. I have been 125lbs but that was when I was 17 and after surgery complications. I remained at that weight for several months, but then gained up to 150. Anyways,…

If you've been losing weight with no MAJOR problems... I'd say you have nothing to worry about. There are many other symptoms of thyroid problems, not just difficulties losing/gaining weight.

Fantastic!!! Well done! You look great!

I put some good Parmesan cheese on mine the other night and it was delicious. for sure doing that more often! not the fake powder crap! real kind. lol

If you want to lose inches, start weight lifting. Or even 30 day shred, insanity, p90x. All great things to help with trouble areas.

6 days a week. Weight lifting 2-3x a week followed by 30 min. cardio. Zumba 2x a week, 60 min. Piyo 1x a week, 60 min. Depending on my plans, i'll sometimes follow up zumba & piyo with more cardio. I'm at the gym for 1.5-2hrs usually. I love working out.

That's an amazing loss! Well done!! Buy a hot new outfit and flaunt it!! :) He'll notice!

It is okay to be plus or minus occasionally. I go over fat quite often, but try not to by a huge amount. But as for different foods, I would ditch the flavored greek yogurts and trail mix granola bars. I did months ago, and so much better!! I love plain greek yogurt with homemade granola. very filling! Also eggs, if I go…

Lots of great ideas! I love my slow cooker for making batches of food for all week, or a couple days.

Well, mine are a bit saggier, but I've had kids and breastfed. so, they've been through a lot. lol. and I DO do a lot of chest work. so that's not the problem. lol

You mention in your profile that you have PCOS, I would talk to your doctor maybe a bit more about diet. I have several friends that have it, and have read from a lot of people on here, that a LOW carb diet is best for pcos. This may be the case for you. Just something might be worth looking into. For now, less sodium,…

Make sure your logging everything correctly, and calories burned. I am no food nazi, I try not to judge other people's intake too much, but going back to the 1st of the month I saw a lot of mcdonalds, and little veggies and fruits. That would make me retain weight like crazy. I would say first try and clean up your foods,…

Usually about $100-150 per week. but really it varies a lot. there are some weeks where I can eat the same thing all week and be fine and then others not. lol. Also depends if I get motivated to use what's already in the pantry/fridge. household items included in this. oh- 4 people. 2 young kids. hubby, but he is only home…
