Interested to see more opinions/pics as well! I planned on starting this program earlier this year, but then life got nuts, and I picked up another weights routine, that I'm liking pretty well. Maybe after our move I will do this. I was a bit intimidated by all the different moves, but think I could handle it now.

Yeah I don't really use those items at all anymore, lol. im just talking about milk, cheeses, etc, things like that. those are just condiments really. :) I would just do away with them, well, besides dressing. yum yum. haha! :)

today was a total bust. took my boys to the movies, i brought myself a snack, but then i just ended up munching on some reese's pieces. didn't have more than 1 serving though! but then other items in my day had sugar. oh well.. im not trying to eliminate completely, but stay closer to the 30-40 range.

Don't give them up!!! Those are real foods, the reduced stuff lacks nutrients that the full fat/calorie ones have. I actually switched to full fat items, from 'diet' ones. I just use less, or less often. I do use 0% or 2% greek yogurt and my yogurt ranch dressing sometimes, but I think that's about it.

5'6" & 135lbs and currently a 6 (us), Small/medium tops, usually small since I have no chest. lol. All depends on the cuts though. I'm creeping towards a size 4 jeans. Dresses I do currently wear a 4 or 6. I'd say my shape is a straighter hourglass, my waist is not super defined. :/

protein shakes, bars, nuts, peanut butter, bacon, cheese, eat up! if you want to continue breastfeeding, you really need to hit your goals, you might soon find your supply dwindling or dry up completely.

I weigh on Thursdays, because no matter what the heck I do on the weekend, even if I'm perfectly in my calorie goal, even if im someway under, I always gain weight on Monday. lol, Mondays hate me.

Yes, I am set at 1750, been eating about that since December and weight has steadily been coming off.

I am trying to do this for April as well. I do love apples though, and any other fruit. Personally, I don't really count those against myself, I should just cut down on the sweets and added sugar stuff.

6 days a week. 3 days I do strength training + short cardio, usually 30 min on elliptical. The other days I do pilates/yoga, Zumba 2x a week, and additional time on the elliptical or treadmill if I feel like it. I love working out, its an escape for me.

I love cadbury eggs, I used to eat a ton of those every year... shameful. lol and of course reese's eggs! who couldn't love those!

Yup.. I eat pretty much the same things all the time. I'm not a great cook, and can't just come up with something different unless I have a recipe. lol. Sometimes I will find one I really want to try and make it, then eat it all that week. I do get tired of the same things sometimes though.
