wow! great post, I never thought how off things could actually be! I really need to purchase a digital scale now! I just have a basic one, that's hard to tell sometimes.

Woo hoo! I'm going to be mainly focused on strength training, I really want to get stronger and keep my weights going up, and losing body fat %. I have 6lbs left to lose. My diet has been a bit all over the place recently, thinking might up my cals to almost maintenance to get a little break. Then dive in. Not sure yet.…

Skinnypop! im addicted to the stuff. They sell it at my Sam's Club. not sure where else, haven't really looked at other places for it.

It took awhile... I started doing them consistently last May, and I'd say pretty recently... like last october, I could finally get through a couple sets all full push-ups. I can do about 4-5 sets of 12 now. I would say more core work definitely helped as well.

Your doctor is wrong. How can you live on no calories for your body to survive and perform daily functions? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013

Are you eating back the calories you are burning?

Everyone looks great!!! Awesome job!!! I haven't taken an after yet, currently sick and look awful.

Wow that's a lot, sounds complicated. lol. I would either get a new trainer or tell her this is not what you want to be doing, something simpler, or the compound lifts. Of course if you like it, and think you'll stick with it, then that's fine. I just started a new routine, out of Oxygen fitness magazine, full body, uses…

I picked up some Designer Whey, chocolate flavor (not sure the actual company who makes it), at trader joe's the other day on a whim. Its pretty good, 18g protein, 2 sugars. I've been mixing it with almond milk and putting some ice in, tastes like a milkshake.

Do you ever take an entire week off of exercise? I would try that, AND eat at maintenance or tdee - 15%. You can still stay active during that week, just give your body a rest for a bit. If you don't want to try that just yet, then yes, you need to keep eating more, your 1800 calculation. or even more, on the days you hit…

Yup, my boobs are gone. I'm pretty sure I look like a man with my sports bra on. I've begun to contemplate getting padded ones, because its that bad...sad. :( I do plan to get a boob job though, when we are officially done having kids.

Yes, because you are eating 1800ish, but you are burning 500-600, so you are really only consuming 1300 or less. Your fats are also consistently low, throw some good nuts in there, and that'll help cals and fats. Eat more! :)

I just eat within my calorie goal, 40/30/30 currently. This ratio seems to work perfectly for my body. I do believe in "eat more to weigh less." I've actually upped my calories as my weight is declining. :) The quality of my foods some days could use improvement though. :)

Nothing really. People may do some things that are odd, but I don't really care, doesn't bother me. One day the lady next to me was doing intervals, jumping on and off, which I have not figured out how to do.. LOL, so I kinda watched her out of the corner of my eye, only cuz I thought I need to learn how to do that and my…

Hello! My name is Kim, 25, 2 kiddos (5&3). I've lost about 40lbs over the past year, currently trying to lose my last 8-10lbs. We are getting ready to buy a house, started looking this past weekend! Its exciting, but very stressful, and I tend to eat/binge/go nuts when I get super stressed. So I need to stay on track!!…

sounds good!

I use 40/30/30 macros currently. protein is good! yum yum.

Amazing, you look fantastic. Love your dress, btw!

Simple, because your body needs fuel. You don't expect a car with no gas to run do you? Same with your body. I was confused at first too, but the more I read, the more it made sense. And once I started doing it, the weight has come off.

Doesn't really add up to me... there is no reason to be cycling for hours upon hours in a day.... 60 minutes is just fine most likely. I would focus more on your eating habits, and accurately measuring/weighing everything. Get plenty of water and rest. Also doing something other than just cycling may help. A few weeks is…

SW: 144 W7: 139.4! I'm pleased with my loss! Goal is 135 for the challenge, but more importantly I made it to my original overall goal weight of 140. :) Yay!!

Eat more. I'm 5'6'', 139lbs, and eat 1750. I have been losing about 2-3lbs per month.
-
I eat dark chocolate pretty much every night. Just fit it into your day. yum.

Honestly, you just have to keep at it. One of my longest plateau's was probably like 6-8 weeks or more. I just kept bouncing between the same 3-5lbs. I finally upped my calories, and it worked. I didn't really change my exercise, I never really have, lol. I used this calculator,…

I try to go to bed by 11pm, usually asleep by 11:30. Wake up at 7:15am, we're out the door by 8:30, and I'm at the gym by 9am usually. My oldest is in kindergarten and youngest plays in the gym nursery. Done at the gym by 10 or 10:30 depending what day it is.

Yes, I get it too. Its been a very slow process for me to see it, I still see myself as the person 40lbs heavier, most of the time. Buying new clothes has really helped me the past week, I've been shopping a bit for spring stuff, and am starting to realize I no longer need the 14/16.. I'm now a 6. Keep taking pictures, and…
