Plain greek yogurt (0 or 2%) fage, and homemade granola. Was eating the kind with fruit, but decided to cut down my sugars. What I eat pretty much everyday anyway. :) Also like scrambled eggs, banana, bacon.

I eat around 8am, and workouts are usually about 9:30am. My usual meal is greek yogurt and granola, sometimes eggs & banana. Then I eat after I workout also, works for me. I can't not eat before, get lightheaded.

I will say 6-8lbs. I'm 4lbs away from my goal weight, but am also going to start heavy lifting, so I know that may stall loss a bit, so also focused on losing inches and body fat.

What about department stores like Dillard's, Jcpenney, or Macy's? I sometimes find really good deals on clearance at macy's. I also like Old Navy, Target. I seem to have the same problem though, I find something I like and they have every size but the one I need. lol. Then I just end up with nothing! oh well.

Cheat meals. I just can't do them anymore, I used to have 1 every weekend, which then would turn into a whole weekend of cheating, and stalling my loss. Some months I lose nothing, and others I lose a couple pounds. Just happens when you get closer to your ideal weight. When I get to 140, I still want to lose another 10 as well, but I think that could probably take 6-12 months since I have not been that weight in a long time. It seems like you would be overestimating to me. I stop mine as soon as im done with my workout, so right before my cool down usually, sometimes I forget though. I would not record my walks to and from the gym, if I were you. I would just count that as daily activity.

You are eating too little. If you are at 1300, and burn 600, you need to eat those 600 back. so you'd have 1900 total. If you eat little for too long you could seriously mess up your metabolism, and that isn't something you want to do at 18, when you probably already have a decent one. I just put mine in quick wash warm, I don't use soap... don't remember reading that. lol. I machine wash once a week, rinse out after every workout. I've had it since like June I think.
