I'll join in! Totaling last week's miles, I'm at 12.95 miles so far that I've racked up on the treadmill & bike. Going to have to try for a lot more if I'm giong to reach 100!

I did 30DS back in July/August before my dress fitting for my wedding. It helped toned me & I think I lost about 5 pounds by doing each move completely & thoroughly. I really liked this DVD & plan to do it again soon. I think it was so fast-paced at times that I hardly noticed the time. Good luck!

I did a weighted hula hoop for 5 minutes (which really surprised me cause I wasn't even sure I'd be able to hula hoop!), and I ran/walked 2.36 miles in 30 minutes. I'm starting to train (WAAAAY early) for my 2nd 5K this June. Happy 2013, everyone! Have fun with your resolutions & stick with them :)

I'm 5'9". When I started on MFP I weighed 222, now I weigh 204.8. My 1st goal is to be under 200! I'd like to be around 180 but I'm trying to take this 5-10 pounds at a time.

My NSV is that after almost 2 months of being on hiatus with my diet/workout plan I got up this morning, had a bowl of multigrain cheerios & went for a 42 minute walk! Why 42 minutes? I'm not really sure, but it sure felt good!

I completed 30DS right before my dress fitting, since then I have tried to start it over & have failed miserably. I haven't been eating the worst, when I feel like eating constantly, its normally a 90 calorie Fiber One bar, but I know that I really need to get my butt in gear not only for next week but for the next 39 days…

October 6th is only 66 days away! (That's a lot of 6's) How's everyone doing? I've lost almost 10lbs since the last time I tried my dress on, here's to "Let's take this in." instead of "We'll let this out." :)

My NSV: I went clothes shopping today and AE had a sale on jeans. I usually wear a 14, even if its a little snug. I'll be doing L3D5 today (or in other terms, D25!) Only 5 days to go! The weight loss has slowed down, but I haven't been eating as well as I was before. Darn birthday parties & wedding festivities!

Just got done with L3D1! That is one intense workout but I LOVE IT! It's so fast paced that I didn't even notice I was towards the end of it! Here's to 9 more days of it!

L2D10 done yesterday...I'M DONE WITH LEVEL 2! It's crazy & feels so good that I have stuck with it! Going to be starting Level 3 this afternoon...wish me luck! Good job to you ladies with 5 days left! That's awesome, congrats! :happy:

Ended up having to skip yesterday :'( Got back at it today though, super excited that I got to get my Jillian fix. I did L2D7, so only a few more days & its on to level 3! I'm pretty excited! I've lost just about 6 pounds so far doing 30DS :happy:

Haven't been able to do 30DS yet today & I am feeling so lost without having done it. I'm at my in-laws now & I'm hoping I get home with enough time to get my workout in before bed. The scale said another 1.1 down this morning so I really feel like I need to get my Jillian fix for today & keep that pound off

I haven't measured myself body-wise (although I really probably should to add to my excitement), but I've lost 4.8 pounds so far since I started the 30DS. I'll be doing L2D4 today.
