I figure that the whole point of learning to eat like this is so that we can eat healthy and join in every day functions. I allow myself to eat whatever I want to but I make sure that it is a portion size and if I over do it I always make sure to exercise to try to offset it

I try to do something every day, Most days I hike with my dogs - on days that I am working (my job is sedentary) I try to make sure I hit the gym on my lunch.

Congrats! That is outstanding and just the motivation that I needed today! The scale is up today and I MEAN up by about 4 lbs, I know I did not eat great but seriously 4lbs it is just discouraging- but I know that my clothes are fitting better! You look fabulous! Thanks for the inspiration !
