I like to make a "syrup" from frozen berries and a little bit of water. I just heat them up then mash them. I think it's delicious and it's not bad for you! :-)

I have struggled with binge eating as well. I would binge anytime I was stressed or depressed. Food gave me comfort. It made me feel so much better but that feeling never lasted. I hated salad until I discovered Balsamic vinegar. Now I eat at least one salad everyday with the salad greens covered in balsamic vinegar. Yummy! :-)
