So my water experiment yesterday resulted in me dropping 2lb on the scale this morning. Bodies are weird... Happy March everyone, less so for me as I’m starting to run out of days before I turn 30 :D my original Hope was to get out the 220s but I think that’s a bit too much. Instead I’m aiming to get below 225 if I can.

For some reason - despite eating well for the last two days - I've put a full pound on. This makes ZERO sense calories wise so I was pretty annoyed this morning and ready to have a jar of nutella for breakfast. INSTEAD I'm thinking maybe I just need to flush my system out with water. I’m back from two days in Newcastle. Lots of food and walking (hopefully the latter helps with the former). Paying for it with lots of pain, so it’s nice to be home :# going to try to be extra good the next few days to aim for a loss next week.

I had some Greek yoghurt with fruit for breakfast, a pasta mugshot for lunch and beef stir fry for dinner. All v tasty! In true British style I'm looking forward to a cup of tea soon and my bed. Shame its only 6pm :D

A lot of money worries at home. I've been working a lot so house is also messy as I don't have time for both and husband is in his busy time at work. That coupled with a few other things is making us both low. Hoping a weekend stay at my parents will cheer me up a bit.
