I'm 5'3 and lost 11 lbs in 2 months (roughly 1 lb/ week). I think that's a reasonable amount to lose in that period of time. Unless you're very overweight, you shouldn't be losing more than 1lb/ week. The slower you lose weight, the more likely it'll stay off.

I don't always eat all of my exercise calories, but I always eat most of them.

Well I just started logging everything I ate and realized how unhealthy most of it was so I started planning meals using their recipe calculator. Now I cook everyday. Since I don't have much time to, I've found some very simple recipes for breakfast/lunch/dinner (all for 30 min or less).

I'm not sure, but could it be because you're not used to running outside? I know for me running on the treadmill and running outside feel pretty different.

THIS! The first thing I hear from relatives is usually about me putting on/losing weight even if I haven't changed at all. It's been like this all my life so I'm finally trying to get back in shape in hopes they'll stop.

Can you walk me through how you calculated it? I tried looking up my bmr online, but every site I went to gave me a different number. How do I know which one is most accurate? Thanks in advance! =)

If you don't have too much time to work out, Couch 2 5k (C25K) is a good way to prepare for a 5k. It's a 9 week program that only takes up 30 min, 3 times a week. It really helps ease you into running. http://www.c25k.com/ =)

How many calories does it have you eating daily? If it's 1200, MFP won't go any lower than that.

When I used to go to the gym, I would do cardio for 30 min then do circuit training for another 45-60. I don't have access to a gym anymore so I've been doing bodyweight exercises. Since bodyweight exercises are new to me, I only do it for 15 min a day. I can barely make it through those 15! I guess it all depends on what…
