Hello all... Very glad to be here... Just wondering how anyone got themselves started as far as filling out their food journal? I mean, I know my calories and everything... Do I just go to the kitchen and start planning?

    Well I just started logging everything I ate and realized how unhealthy most of it was so I started planning meals using their recipe calculator. Now I cook everyday. Since I don't have much time to, I've found some very simple recipes for breakfast/lunch/dinner (all for 30 min or less).

    Ditto for me to logged what i ate and saw the junk I was putting in my body, and used that as a guidline to change my eating habits. Good luck!
