Good carbs meaning wholegrain stuff or brown bread brown rice etc? After asking the same question on a thread i was advised to stick to one portion a day instead of completely cutting carbs. But this is just a long term suggestion. And will depend on your situation.

And, if the tablets don't make me feel sick, does that mean they are not going to work? Or just that i haven't given it long enough? And wen it does make you feel like rubbish, is it only around the time of takin tablet. Or does it last all day?

I was on it for years and never took a break. You don't need to its meant to stop periods happening. :-)

I did, went shopping on Monday and brought wholegrain bread, pasta and brown rice, researched it all and it just seems like too much carb still. Im gettin a bit obsessed!

Its weird hearing your stories because SO FAR i haven't had all that trouble with not losing weight and stuff. Iv probably jinxd myself now! But maybe because this is relatively New to me and my body? I never used to be this big as well so maybe gettin fat gave me pcos? Who knows,either way, Im glad i found out sooner…

For the past month and half i was just calorie counting and exercising but after reading so much about pcos i thought id try take it up a notch to try and lose even more (as i have a lot to lose), and to be honest, i am less hungry now than i was and i tend to just snack on blueberries throughout the day!

When we first moved in together we weighed exactly the same. I couldn't believe it! We are gettin fit together helping eachother but he's not focusing on weight loss just building muscle. Still come to think of it my exs all seem to have been beanpoles so it makes a nice change :-)

Also, any exercise is better than none, try walking or power walking then logging for short intervals so you don't over do it
