I say - there's calories there. Mind you, I usually don't both with my drink cals if it's only a few, like for a cup of tea or something... but different fruits have different amounts, so it's probably worth considering!

Kale chips are lovely, although they make your kitchen smell really gross :( Grease a baking tray, cut kale into bite sized pieces, sprinkle on a little salt and bake for about 10 minutes or until crispy. Yum!
