Possibly ur right. I go through phases with water. I try hard to drink my three litres but then I go back to coffee and a few glasses of water for a few days. I also enjoy salt... Himalayan but i imagine that's the same thing when it comes to holding fluid

5 months post c section and she has pretty much given me the go ahead. In all fairness she's a bit rubbish! I'm trying to listen hard to my body for when it's really had enough or when it's just my brain telling me I can't carry on. Thank you :)

Thank you. Well done on that great loss of 70lbs. I started couch to five k using an app so hopefully within 8 weeks should manage 30 minutes of running without stopping even if it's not quite reaching 5k. Do you follow low carb?

I like to make meals in bulk on the weekends ready for microwaving in week when i know i wont have so much time on my hands. Soups/stews/casseroles always lurking somewhere in the freezer

Thankyou. MFP is telling me to eat 1300 which i know is way low for me. I am making the mistake at the moment of eating way under my points just so i dont go over the calories on MFP.
