Every little counts! I did Insanity continuously up til about Day 42 but as my half marathon is coming up soon I'm now doing about 4 - 5 days a week, at you're still exercising regularly so keep it up!

I have been using a yoga mat, a towel is probably better though because it won't be grippy on my elbows with all those high/low planking. Was wondering the same exact thing, people say that washing hair alot can be drying but I also cant stand to leave that much sweat in my hair as I workout pretty much daily so I co-wash with conditioner every 2 or 3 days and I shampoo once every 3 weeks.

I'm on Month 2 now, loved Month 1 only liking Month 2 so far but it's early days! I'm also doing the suggest 40 40 20 macros and hoping to see some great results in Month 2, will deffo add my results here when I finish.

Same here, when I start doing long distances I stop losing. So I'll start trying to lose again after my half in Oct - which is kinda annoying. I guess the body gets used to it and therefore doesnt change much as it's the same kinda distances and speed. I guess you could throw in some hill sprints and intervals? Cross…

Tough one...how you feeling most importantly? i'm not a personal trainer or anything like that but based on the intensity of recovery week and month 1 I'd say maybe do recovery week then one week of month 1 then jump into month 2 but hopefully some others will chime in?

i think what motivates me is knowing i'm getting results and other people's results. I admit the warmup IS boring but the workout is fine.
