hello! Adjoa from London, currently at a rate of a 1lb a week so losing 6lbs is realistic but ofcourse 10lbs would be awesome, heard that the last 10 are harder to lose so we'll see how it goes!

ill be doing Ripped in 30 on Tuesdays Thursdays and some Saturdays and Sundays so a minimum of 3 days a week as I run on Mondays and Wednesdays and do outdoor circuit training on Fridays.
