I think anything in moderation is fine. If you want to pep up your water use the MIO water enhancer, it has less then 2% artificial sweetener, and the flavors are super yummy, and you put two small squirts in it!

Met my now husband on yahoo personals. We've been together 3 years and he's amazing! It's not differnt that going out to the bars or anywhere else, you really don't know anything about people no matter where you met them. But it opens you up to people you might not normally meet in your every day life. :)

My husband bought me some thigh high stockings a few months ago, when I hit my goal weightIi'm going to wear them for him with some sexy heels, and we'll both celebrate! :) I could wear them now, but I'd feel much more sexy and accomplished if I use them as a reward!

I hate treadmills, so I mostly cross country ski, snow shoe, and for indoor workouts Iv'e been doing ZUMBA, and also the Turbo Jam Live Video's, the cardio party rocks for a 30 minute workout that really gets your heart pumping. I also still love good old Tae-Bo and do those videos when I have more time.

On my sprint triathalons I do all Crawl/Freestyle, but I've mostly done lake and pool swims for my sprintsm, but I did an Olympic distance this past fall and it was open water ocean swim so I did mostly crawl but then breast stroke when I needed to get my head out of the water for a bit and figure out where I was going.
