Great results! :) The cellulite thing is strange, exercise should help get rid of it not cause you to have it :S It might be because you're losing fat, that the fat is being broken down or seperated and it might make it look like that. I'm not sure though. Have you tried body brushing? I use a body brush in a circular…

I weighed in today and I have put on 1lb! This isn't great but its not bad considering in the first couple of days I put on 2lb so at least it is coming down. I measured in today too. I'll put the exact measurements on the end day but I'll show what I've lost/stayed the same. Waist: -1inch Arms: -0.5inch Hips: Same Belly:…

I didn't plan on taking any rest days but I end up taking one on Saturday just because there was always people around and I couldn't use the room I needed to.

I'm in a similar position. I'm 5'3" and I'm on day 8 of she shred. I have to be honest and say the changes I've seen on the scale so far, I have actually gained weight! But I've read a lot of reviews and this seems to be a common experience with people at first, and even though I think I'll lose it all again, most people…

I' beginning to get bored with level 1 too, but I'm trying to be positive and see it as only a couple more days til level 2. I'm also a little excited/nervous for our first weigh in/measure..

I'm starting to feel the same way but I think I'm gonna stick with level 1 for now and just find something additional to do like another workout dvd so I'm still increasing my workout and not getting too comfortable.

If you feel like it's not challenging you any more then I don't see the harm in moving on to level 2. I don't think you have to do each stage for 10 days as a rule, I think it's just the most logical thing since there are 3 parts and it's over 30 days. But don't let weigh put you off or make you think it's not doing…

Day 5 done, woop!! I have to admit I was so tempted to skip a day today, I was not motivated at all but I did it anyway. I don't ache so much today and I found the cardio easier, some of the weights I found a little more difficult than usual which was strange. I can't believe I'm half way through level 1, I never seem to…

This is the most true thing I've ever read lol. Today is the first day I've been able to walk up/down the stairs without feeling like chopping my legs off

I've just completed level 4. I upped my weights a bit because I felt like a bit of a wimp next to you guys who are using 3kg or above. I've only been using 1.5 and I used 2 today, I seriously have no upper body strength! I found it hard to do some of the weight exercises but hopefully I'll find myself getting stronger.…

I find it hard to breathe when she tells me to, like when she says to inhale and exhale at particular points of the exercise you're doing.

You're not the only one to find that it was harder in day 3 than 2, I did to! Perhaps its like you said and we've been working it harder as the days go by. Don't get too disheartened that you're not seeing results as fast as you'd like, since you're working out muscles you are probably retaining more water, but that won't…

I just finished day 3 and to me it seemed a lot harder than the other days at the parts which the hand weights are used. My upper body is alright but my quads and my calves ache, especially when I walk up or down the stairs. Strangely, they don't hurt that much when I'm actually doing the workout. Any tips for aching…

I felt like I had a good work out when I completed the DVD yesterday but this morning my thighs and calves were in agony! I've just completed day 2 of level 1 and it was even harder than yesterday because I was aching. I measured myself before I started yesterday and I think I'll have a 'measure-in' on day 10 (if I make…

This is my first post and my first ever day on the 30 day shred and it burned! I'm looking forward to see if I can keep up more as the days go by
