One arm getting bigger than the other
I've only been working out with hand weights for just over a month, but my left arm is starting to become stronger, and it looks more defined. However, I can't see any change with my right arm at all. Has anyone else experienced this? And is there anything I can do to help my right arm along?

drinking lemon juice with water

Body changes along the way
I know its far too early to be thinking about any real noticeable changes but I thought it might motivate (or reassure) ourselves and each other if we note any small changes we notice along the way. Weights - how heavy?
Hey, I just wondered what weights everyone was using? I started using 1kg which is about 2.2lb and today I used 1.5kg which is about 3.3lb, and my arms feel like they're about to fall off. Doing these workouts have shown me how bad my upper body strength is....I don't think I have any, ha.

Diet
Today and yesterday have not been great days for me food wise. I haven't been snacking but my meals haven't been at all healthy. I plan to change that tomorrow. What are everyone else's plans as far as diet goes? What are the best foods to eat to tone/shape up rather than drop a lot of weight?
