Weights - how heavy?

Hey, I just wondered what weights everyone was using?
I started using 1kg which is about 2.2lb and today I used 1.5kg which is about 3.3lb, and my arms feel like they're about to fall off.
Doing these workouts have shown me how bad my upper body strength is....I don't think I have any, ha.

I'm 1/2 way through level 1 and I've been using 3lb weights. The shoulder raises are still a challenge. My next set of weights is 5lbs and there is no way I'd be able to do it with them.0

I have poor upper body strength as well. This is why I still cannot master push-ups lol. I've been using 3lb weights and that is more than enough for me. I'm so glad I didn't buy5lb ones.0

I use 1 kg and I'm noticing that for half the exercises they're ok/challenging, while for the other half I could use 2 kg ones. Wondering if we can use different weights during one workout?0

I use 3 lb weights for some exercises and 5 lb weights for other exercises. And I still can't master the push-ups.0
