thanks guys my form is good.....i think, i squatted for years as a young guy with coaches(usmc) so confident in my form just really disgusted in what little weight im using so interested to see what other were doing i definitely wont go to heavy to sacrifice form thanks again guys i would have quit 2 months ago if i didnt…

activity is prob 30 minutes cardio 5 times week lift 40 minute 3 times a week(body for life) work on loading docks prob 90% forlift no barbells at my gym i know im gonna change come march

definitely looking to lose weight but ive done it before and ended up needing even less calories so put it back on, want to lose as much fat as possible while maintain as much lbm as possible lol dont we all just started smith machine squats to add muscle but now read thats wrong so gonna try dumbell squats

im just confused lol. im 356lb and some sites say i should be eating more im losing about 2lbs a week but idefinitely dont want to lose muscle i do some form of lifting 4 time a week mixture of machines and free, going to join another gym march first and maybe try stronglift thx for all replies in advance

great story dude. I missed my workout this morning and was thinking about going for a beer and saying to hell with it all. i guess im going to blow that off and go to the gym. Sharing this stuff can really help people going through the same things.

good idea now i gotta go to chipotle to see size lol el famous or the local burittos by me are HUGE 2lbsish my best bet would be to avoid completely but then i really blow it. im having more luck cheating once in a while
