Am I missing something? All this talk about PGX great fiber supplement. Labels I have read all say 1.5 grams of fiber. If I can get 5 in an apple whats the big deal? Is it some kind of different fiber. Serious question. I am missing something. Thanks

not able to lift need advice
I am injured and I can not lift. I am very concerned about this(never thought i would say that). I am able to do cardio. I would love to see some sucess pics with just cardio. freaking out about muscle loss
I hope you all can help. I am currently 360 down from 380. I am at a 1000 cal deficit. I eat all my excercise cals. I recently adjusted my macros so that i am taking in 150 or better in protein. I keep reading about muscle loss at a deficit. I do 30 to 40 min cardio 4 or 5 times a week. I do resistance(machines) each body…
