Am I missing something? All this talk about PGX great fiber supplement. Labels I have read all say 1.5 grams of fiber. If I can get 5 in an apple whats the big deal? Is it some kind of different fiber. Serious question. I am missing something. Thanks

    Don't know either.

    I'm thinking of trying it, but not for weight loss or anything like that. I like that it's soluble fiber only. Most fiber-rich foods have either mostly insoluble fiber or a combination of insoluble and soluble...which would be ideal for most people, but I have IBS (D), and I do better with soluble fiber alone.
