She is referring to tracking nutrients such as Protein, Fat, Carbs, Sat. Fat, Fiber, Sugar...

Many, many people have requested the ability to do this. Why can't we yet?
Would be nice for MFP to respond and let us know if they plan to implement this improvement. I just created an account today to try out the service. Without the ability to track more data, I'm not likely to continue with this.0
