Good for you ollerwe. I had the cold too which prevented me from exercising. No excuse though, I should manage the intake better and not depend so much on exercise to stay in my calorie range. A life long issue I am sorry to say,

Hiking, biking, trying to walk to work more often, Pilates, yoga and various gym work outs. Going to the gym is not a favorite, but weights are a must for strengthening and weight loss.

I'm in my late 50's, active, healthy, generally eat a good diet but too much of everything! I am ready to break the plateau that I have been on for a year. Need to lose about 10 pounds, probably more but 10 pounds will do.
