How's everyone doing so far? I weighed myself yesterday (One week into the 21 day challenge) and I lost 6.7 pounds! Woohoo!

Grape Fruit and green tea. Start making some of your foods spicy as well. That works too :) Also, Instead of just eating 3 large meals a day starts eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day. This WILL increase your metabolism and help you loose a lot of weight.

I have been doing good so far too. I have walked everyday and have been watching my portions! I had a sweet last night though but that was only because I was still 600+ below my calorie goal.
