I use the Nutri Ninja Blender DUO with Auto-iQ. I use it for everything! Sauces, cheese, you name it. I dont even have to soak cashews when I'm making cheeses.

I struggled a long time after the divorce with a bunch of judgment from other people as well as my family for already be divorced so young. @GlorianasTears Thank you for the words of encouragement! It means a lot. There are definitely a lot of areas in my life that I need to…

It's not for everyone. I have been taking it for about a little over a week now. I went in for a physical and to address a few problems I have been having. I have PCOS so he put me on something to balance my hormones and then said the main way to control the PCOS is to lose weight (in my case anyway) So he suggested…

I mean even if you don't exercise (which i didn't do at one point) you can still lose weight, maybe not as fast but still. I mean especially if you eat sort of the same foods for a while (which I do as well) it's easy just to put it in.…

Hmmmmm. Interesting. I will buy some whey protein next time I go grocery shopping then and do half soy half whey (that way I don't waste the soy protein that I bought already) I was just worried about the whey protein making me gain weight and get bulky

Never deprive yourself! I always treat myself to something sweet once a day (or if I can go without it ill skip a day) You don't ever want to just quit with the sweets cold turkey or you're going to binge. I always get healthier substitutes like frozen yogurt instead of regular ice cream. Or if you want the real sweets…

Exactly! Before I got my HRM, I used MFP exercise calculator and it was always wayyyy over on how many calories I truly burned. I see this happen with my friends on here too. They will work out for an hour or 2 and say they burnt over 1000 calories. I mean that may be true...but yeah.

Me too! When I can afford them. I have also been stocking up on the new Quaker Stila bars. They are really good and only 100 calories. I also used to drink the Almond Milk as well but found that Fat Free Milk was a lot less calories and easier on my purse lol.

Lol. I don't see why. The diet coke with splenda doesn't have the aspritaine (Sp?) in it like the regular diet cokes do.

My stepmother did the HCG diet as well. She lost a lot of weight but she didn't keep it off. She spent like 400 dollars for it because you need to have DOCTORS SUPERVISION while on it. Don't just buy it. The drops help curb your cravings and gives you energy (According to my stepmother) But the doctor monitors you like…

I have had the fried cheesecake and the chocolate covered cheesecake from the fair last year. It was good....but my tummy paid the price afterwards. Lol. One recent one I saw was a hot dog wrapped in bacon and was placed in a bacon weaved bun. Wow!
