Okay everyone, so I thought a lot about a time frame for my desired weight loss and I figured that since I'm sure everyone would like to look awesome for the summer, why not start a group? No matter how much you're trying to lose I'd like you to join me in the hopes that by June 21st (Summer Solstice), we can achieve at leave some of our goals and start the summer off right(: I'd also like to check in every Sunday if possible!
Start Weight - 175 lbs.
Current Weight - 170 lbs.
Goal Weight - 140 lbs.

Count me in I need all the help I can get. I have had type 1 Diabetes sinced I was a child and find it harder than ever to lose weight but am trying to stay positive;)

Im in... except it will be for winter so will be fighting those winter bulges haha..
Just come out of summer so I have plenty of time for summer fit body!
SW : 211 pounds (95.7kg)
CW : 206 pound (93.8 kg)
GW : 185 punds (86 kg)
BMI reckons I should under 81kg or 178 pounds but I reckon I would be to skinny.. plus my goal is put on more muscele so will be happy with mid to low 80's/180pounds0 -
