Finished Day 1 today! So happy I spent the last week running and such...it seemed much easier than I remember a couple months back...I ran for 20 min before and didn't want to stop but I really wanted to get this workout in! Glad I did :) I love that it is only 25 min!

I had every intention but when we got to our resort our AC wasn't working and the room was really hot for the first 4 days and I just gave up...I was then on vacation for 4 weeks and never even looked at it. the great thing about this is if you miss one day you can double up somewhat easily but I like to do these programs…

I'm starting June 5th...it works best with my schedule...I did the first 3 weeks in March and then I went on vacation-with full anticipation to do it daily-I even took a mini DVD player with me lol...but I didn't. I loved it then, so I hope doing it during the summer will workout...:)

Yes, see a doctor I run and am doing insanity and have been taking glucosamine and fish oil for a few years (good for joints) And I can definitely tell when I don't take the supplements-my knees hurt, but its nothing major...so if its major paid I'd get them checked out!

I think that if you were going to the gym putting in a full on weight session or going for a long run on your rest days, it would defeat the purpose. But I think a bike ride, jog, hike or walk is Ok:)

I had an awful headache on Monday and was really exhausted...I really struggled getting out of bed. I did it anyway, made it through my day (took 1 daytime cold pill) felt better later on. I take a multivitamin, cod liver oil and glucosamine. I also add vegegreens to my shakes, when I have them.

I alternate each day with jogging. I like my jogging but find it hard to get a decent jog in after the video...it gets easier...just keep at it, don't get frustrated if you have to miss a day.
