Anyone else feel like a total loser doing them? I dread them and know I am not getting the proper form...I'm in week 3. Do they get easier? Also, i land 'softly' but it still feels like a big ol' thud when I land on my toes.

Hi...I'm 8 short days into paleo...and in breaking out. I've never had a lot of breakouts in my life, so it's concerning. Has anyone experienced this?
So yesterday (Wednesday) was my day 3...I've decided to do it every other day. That way I can alternate with running. I only get so much time to work out each day so I want to make sure I get good runs in too. Anyone else going about it that way??
I'm just curious what people are adding it to their excercises as?? I put it as 20 minutes of low intensity aerobics...I didn't want to include the warm up and cool down...and seeing as high impact aerobics would be a lot more jumping around and such...oh and weight training is like zerop calories, lol What do you think???
