Have you considered you maybe over doing it? If you burn lots, Eat little, you are starving yourself. Lack of rest is not healthy either. If you do this same activity everyday, when do you rest?

Well could be just the person. My brother consumes about 5k to 6k a day on a regular basis. He is skinny.

Just because you increase to 1800 does not mean you will stop either. MFP is not totally accurate as everyone is different. You may have to go higher or not as high to find your maintainence. Just keep tracking and increase it. You maybe surprised at the results.

Great job! Just keep taking it one day at a time. We are not perfect or have perfect days. Just keep going and you will be where you want to be. Now you get to be inspiration for someone else.

Try small amounts on your plate as well. I find that helps out cause then when you go back you are giving body more time to tell brain it is full.

Are you not even eating your 1500 MFP gives you, let alone your BMR. Eating less doesn't mean you will lose faster or at all.

I think this is bad idea. It takes a certain amount of energy and blood to digest your food. If you are sending this energy and blood else where in your body. How it is to digest properly?

Are you eating your exercise calories? How much are you deficit? Are you drinking enough water? Just a few things I don't see answers to in your post.

I don't get the whole BMI thing. The body fat percentage is much easier to understand. I like the 15 to 30 area. :D

I have doubts on your body fat going up. You lost weight while working out. I am curious as to how you are measuring body fat?

Hmm! Can't see your diary so don't know any info to help you. Are you eating enough? How fast are you trying to lose weight? How much are you exercising? Are you eating exercise calories? You don't give very much information to help you. From pics though you have. I don't see where you have weight to lose.

You would need to know closer to amount burned correctly to know amount needed to be eaten.

I would go with the electric model if I was to buy one. If you are going to run, I would work on form of my running so was not pounding the machine as bad. I read an article on form of running. I don't worry about the amount as much as how I feel or urine itself looks. If my urine is very light to clear, I am good. If gets darker, I have to drink up more. Where you live makes a difference as to amount you need too. If it is hot out and very low humidity then need more. If it is rainy and cool, well you won't…

Walmart I think it was 1.48 or something. I see the more expensive one but opted for cheaper since it did everything I wanted.
