If you feel you want to drop a few more. You could try to only do a smaller amount per week. You have come so far and made huge change. Maintainance for now and see how you feel later. Fantastic job you have done there Sir. :)

I have considered such thing but for me it was more for health reasons. How has this turned out for those who have tried it?

I as a guy think it makes a woman look good to a point. Some women take it to far and seem to drop to much fat and look to muscular. They could be taking other stuff to boost that.

I think this goes back to every person is different. If you have it set so you do nothing but a desk job all day. Then you run out and ride a bike for 2 hours on weekend. Then you should factor in that bike ride. IF you have it set for an active job and then watch tv most of day then ride a bike for a 30 minute session.…

You maybe like my wife. She had to increase her calories to lose weight. I know it may sound crazy but I seen it work for myself. Have you yo yo dieted before? I read a research about a lady that did the starving thing to lose weight effected her ability to lose weight proper way. Just things to check on.

Seems a little much for one week but I very a great deal from week to week. Make sure you got your activity level right as well. If it works keep doing it. If you lose to fast may stall you out later though.

Most work days consist of whole wheat hamburger bun turkey sausage fat free cheese 1 large egg fried It is a great breakfast sandwich to get me going for the day. 310 calories I think it is. :D

You can be to skinny and have a one weight but it doesn't look as healthy. You can be the same weight but look allot more healthy. You didn't mention how you lost the weight the first time. Just do it for you and not him. If he loves you for you. He will be by your side.

By cheating, you are cheating yourself. First log everything, it doesn't matter if it says you are over. Second is to figure out where you need to be on calories. Have you been a yoyo dieter before? How did you lose weight last time? These may factor into how you may need to lose weight this time.

I have measured arms, legs, chest, waist, thighs, hips, and even neck. You would be surprised at where you lose inches from. I wish I had done my head to see if less of a fat head then before. LOL I have shaved off over 12 inchs from one of those mentioned. :)

I found a table spoon of sweet relish on a salad works wonders too. I like the fat free kraft Italian. 15 calories for 2 table spoons.

I agree with most posters. If you eat 1200 and burn 1000. You should eat back most of the burned calories.

Maybe it is the size of the spaghetti as well. Seems angel hair or thin is a little more condensed. I would say food scale it.

Ask the deli person if they have an old label. I some times take the info in to my phone for a later use of the meat I got. I have found that I had to add some of the meats I get from my deli. Could you post the kind or type you get?

You also have to factor in the amount you would burn from the after burn effect. You exercise and burn You stop and you still have a raise metabolism rate. Try eating them what it says and try decreasing it for a bit and see. Everyone is different. It seems I need to eat them all back or I kind of stop losing.

I currently ride a 08 Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan Classic fi. I like the comfort and smoothness. Wife likes the room on it and comfort since added a trunk. I like the storage since trunk and saddle bags. I have various other sizes. Something to consider. How long of trips you plan to take? Are you ever going to ride 2 up?

If you was losing about 1 pound a week. You should be able to go 500 a day with no weight gain. You should be great shape to up the calories.

Just keep working at it. The other 2 thrids will come off. Just don't give up.

My wife had a simaliar issue. She was working out and not losing. She was on the 1200 a day diet. She didn't do as much as you for workout. She upped to 1400 and nothing. Upped to 1500 and lost a 1/2 pound. Now she is up to 1760 a day and still dropping.

You may consider watching the over all calories of some of these. I found a snack size hershy bar is lower then sugar free peacan delight.

What about the turkey? I mean turkey is not exactly loaded with calories for the amount of goodies you get. I will try to limit my intake but not restrict myself to not enjoying.

I take some kind of beans to work. They seem to stay with me good and has good protein.

Does anyone have a good suggestion? I know it is not super important but I like to know my weight. Mine has gone on the fritz as well.

Could be extra calories your body needs. Could be a little extra rest with lower stress. Do you eat back your exercise calories?

I would say it depends on how much you truely vary. It would also determine how much are you under you TDEE. Just cause it works for others or you, doesn't mean it will work for you or others.
