I had an issue with not losing weight while exercising allot. I slowed down and the weight started coming off at an alarming rate. Maybe not same issue as you. Sounds like you are retaining something but not sure what.

Are you logging everything you eat? I looked at your diary and you are way under you calories. 360 for one day is not near enough for a person.

To me you seemed to be to fast. You was like down and up in a second. Try to go down and up 2 seconds each way.

16 oz of spaghetti came out to 2 lbs and 4 oz cooked. I hope this info helps you.

If it is like the bike I have at home, you choose the preset and start it. After that you can adjust the over all resistance. It moves everything though not just 1 line. If you got something that works why change. :D

Are you sure you didn't lose more? Are you working out and adding muscle? Keep it up though, it seems to be working.

What kind of shape is the rest of the paint in? I mean if the rest of the car is so so, paint the whole car. There is no garuntee if you find a hood in a junk yard it will match either.

My therapist gave me some exercises to do long ago from an injury. It required a band to do it. You ran the band around one foot ( say left one) while holding the ends of the band in your hands. You loop the end around the other foot, kind of like making an L shape. The you try to move you foot left and right. Not twisting…

I only have a during and now photo. It is not a big improvement but on the way in right direction. Me at about 267 pounds. Me at 232 pounds. I don't think my pictures want to show up.

To me it just forces you to a life of eating a certain amount of food. On here you can limit your self a few calories under maintainance and lose the weight. I am curious as to what methods you have tried.

Get a bowl and measure out a serving or 2 of the ceral. Put box away.

I myself found MFP a learning experience. By counting my calories, it has taught me more of what I should or shouldn't be eating. I even apply this knowledge to when I don't have access to computer. Stay with this, it works if you do it right. Ask yourself this, what will they do when reach there goal? Most try to go back…

Have you considered if you are accurate on counting of the calories? I not sure if you have a food scale or how much effort you are putting in to being accurate. Just a thought. I know gettting a scale truely helped me out allot.

I love my scale. It saves me dishes to wash when I cook certain things. I would vote yes on getting one. They are really not expensive.

I bought a total trainer. It can be folded up and stored easily. I know it may not be as good as a free weight system. It takes up far less room though. You can do lots of various exercises as well.

I do before sometimes, during other times, and some days I am eating it while logging it.

It will work if you find what is your right calorie goal for yourself. That is not always the easiest to find though. And Good day fellow Virginians. :smile:

How much do you have your deficit set at? If you have it set to 500, you are real close to maintainence. If you set it at 1000, then you are still under you maintainence. I am not sure what a hen party is either. I think the style of dress is nice but not so much on color.

The only issue I have ever seen with the women's or men's model is the chest strap gets loser as you lose the weight. Wife and I both enjoy ours.

I didn't need chairs or a chruch. I only needed my woman and the justic of the peace. 12 years later we are still happy. I vote no for chair covers.

From your diary, I think you are starving yourself. Why are you trying to lose so fast by september? Just be patient and let the body do it's thing.
