This is false. I am serious about my MFP. 185 days down and almost 60 lbs gone. I don't know how much weight I need to lose.

Could just be the foods you eat. Keep in mind that you don't have to enjoy the food to eat it to live. You must eat to live though.

For models standards, I think she maybe considered fat. To me she could be a little more fit. I think the model starving mode takes it's toll on the body. I do think she looks nice though but there is room for improvement

Set a small goal and work towards it. When you get to where you need to be stop. Start with about 20 pounds.

Trying to figure out how to pay for the thing first. Doctor wants me to get one and I feel I could use one to figure out issues I have going on. I plan to get one soon as figure out money issue.

I know exactly what you are saying. I joined cause my Nieces was on here first. I also joined cause of recent health issues too. It really had the wow factor for me. Welcome and stick with the plan. It works if do it.

Weigh yourself and drink 3 16 ounce bottles of water, weigh again. Let me know the difference. Just keep focused on over all and not day to day.

If you do 2 lbs a week for 7 weeks you would get close. You will have to stay active and eat very clean. I still not sure cause you don't have much fat by your hieght to weight ratio. Workout lots and try to be about 1,000 calories shy of your Tdee a day.

You didn't undo any of the hard work. You may have only slowed your progress down a little at worst. You only undid all progress if you stop and quit this site totally. Go back to your old lifestyle and don't do anything beneficial for yourself anymore. I recently did one of those days lately. I am now down another 1.4 lbs…

Are you sure it is reading your heart rate while you are twisting and such? I had an issue with mine while doing some exercises. Snugged the strap up and moved it a little and all is good. It doesn't seem accurate to me either. Have you checked where your heart rate is while doing kettlebell?

If you never completely log all your food, how do you know where you are at end of the day?

My doctor asked me " Do you know you have lost over 50 lbs? " Me " Oh, I was wearing my winter coat when the nurse weighed me" I usually just smile and say I haven't lost any weight. @ op I not sure if your pictures are right on your profile. I don't see any belly there. Great job young lady! :)

Maybe need to drink enough water to flush it on through to a Number 2. Don't beat yourself up to bad. I went over myself. I figured it up and I am still good for the week. Besides you don't gain or lose fat in one day like talking about it. You probably just have a water weight or in the gut left over weight. Give it time…

Do you eat your exercise calories back? I would guess you are eating to little of food. Eat about 1500 calories a day, if your BMR is 1492. What kind of exercise do you do? Make sure you take measurements and not just weight.

You left out some information here. Are you trying to lose 2 lbs per week? What is your calorie intake per day? How much are you exercising? Make sure you are accurate on your food as well. Being off can lead to eating more or less then you should.

The HRM thing is a big one that lots of people do. It is hard to tell the intensity and such you burn individually.

1200 doesn't sound like much to me. Some have lost on even more calories then that. I eat more but it has helped me a great deal. You can do it. Just count and stay on track. Not everyone is perfect so if you go a stray one day, get back on track the next.

Would it help if you put a before and after picture on your desk where you work at? You have come a long way. Maybe it is just that gym.

Could try a few things. Try eating a later lunch if possible. Try eating many small meals during day instead of lunch and breakfast. Try eating slower at dinner to give body time to say I am full. You may not be eating enough and your body wants/ needs more.

To many carbs, not enough protein and health fats. If you tracked your sugar you are way over the amount you should have. Your food choices need help. I am not a great eater but I have made changes for the better.
