I would say moderately active then. In the evenings I go workout and I'm up until I go to bed, but here on MFP I chose Slightly Active because I have a desk job and I'm sitting all day.

If you really cant do any exercises dont worry. But you can eat healthy and at least try to maintain your weight. If you watch your calorie intake you may even lose a few lbs.

I eat old fashioned oats, heat them up in the microwave with almond & coconut milk (unsweetened), then top with organic pure maple syrup, a little ground cinammon and strawberries or bananas. I would put lightly active. I chose sedentary for mine because I'm literally sitting at work from 8-5 pm with a little walking when I go to the restroom or the kitchen. But i do go to the gym every day for at least 1 hr.
