If you really want to cut caffeine completely, give it like 2-3 weeks. Deal with the headaches for now, but thats how long it usually takes to completely withdrawl from it. I do agree you should add a little more food, like maybe some protein during lunch with your salad. For breakfast try to make your food more flavorful…

I can't relate, and I'm so sorry for your loss!! But I think its okay to have a little of what you crave IF you really want it. Not a good thing to overeat and then feel worse after. I think just try to take easy and dont stress too much about food right now. Take the time necessary to grieve, and congrats on your weight…

I think its just a matter of organizing and maybe meal prepping. If you meal prep for those days, you wont have room or desire to over eat, or wonder what to eat. Prep healthy meals and bring snacks for the whole day.
