What vitamins are good to take?
What vitamins (besides multi-vitamins) are good to take to "stay healthy" or that are a good to take in addition to working out and eating good. I've heard B12 are good, but idk much about them. Any advice or recommendations?

Its like the 3rd time I stop and then log back in to MFP. Last time was like 2 years ago. I've reached most of my fitness goals this past year, but I'm still working on them, and got some ways to go. Anyway, Anything new with MFP???

Has anyone tried....
That concoction with Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon powder and cayenne pepper? You mix those ingredients in water, and I've been told this helps the metabolism and can be a weight loss booster? Anyone have any experience with this? TIA ;)

Didn't loose weight this week, but WHY?
From last tuesday (145.8) to Friday, I lost 5 lbs (140.8. Then on Monday I was down a additional lb (139.8) (6 lbs total) Now, this morning I weighed myself and It said I went up a lb (140.8) WHY? Do you do any exercises at your desk? What are they?
I work at a law firm and I'm at my desk 95% of the time. I do get up and walk occassionaly. We have clerks that bring everything to us, so there is no walking to the file room or fax machine lol. What are some workouts/exercises any of you recommend, that I can do here in the down- low!
