What vitamins are good to take?

What vitamins (besides multi-vitamins) are good to take to "stay healthy" or that are a good to take in addition to working out and eating good. I've heard B12 are good, but idk much about them.
Any advice or recommendations?

    If you're "eating good" in the sense of a well balanced diet, chances are that you may not need to take any vitamins.

    The best way to tell is have bloodwork done. The ones you should take will be whichever ones (if any) you're deficient in.

    For general health maybe fish oil or flaxseed oil? Good for heart, skin, hair, brain, etc. My doctor recommended them to me, but check with your doctor.
