you can adjust the number of servings. So for example, for the cup of beans just say you had .5 servings and that will equal to a half cup. Hope that helps:)

HRM is a heart rate monitor, but nicola0000 is right. i've tried loggin workout dvds with MFP and it just really doesn't help. THE HRM should though. I am not familiar with a fitbit

I love it with everything, except hamburgers. Everything else its takes the same as regular hamburger meat though!
