Yes - I've limited them dramatically. I'll still have some whole grain this and that once in a great while, but they're starchy and full of carbs; especially white flour based stuff. If you want to lose the weight you'll have to limit - just replace with healthy stuff!

Look at my pic! :) I'm hovering around 143 now, but when this pic was taken I was 148. I'll also note that I do A LOT of weight training, and I have a great amount of muscle. Hope this helps!

For women - Syntrax Nectar products are GREAT! Personally, I their Vanilla Bean Torte is my go to, but their chocolate is fantastic too. They also have a ton of fruity stuff. Very good!!! :)

I think I've taken my shoes a bit too far in their mileage, but I will go ahead and make sure I am not at risk for tearing something. I LOVE the Special K Protein cereal. It is very lightly sweetened. It keeps me full longer than many denser foods because of the protein in it. A serving size is a good portion too. Throw some blueberries on top of it and it is certainly a real treat!
