Depends how legal you need the method to be, frankly. Someone who doesn't want to exercise obviously shouldn't be dabbling in things which might harm them though. If you are desperate (and want a diet-only change) you can cycle in and out of PSMFs but I doubt there is any good reason for you to do that.

Raised on songs & stories, heroes of re-known The passing tales & glories that once was Dublin town The hallowed halls & houses, the haunting childrens' rhymes That once was Dublin city in the rare ould times.... And yes, you can drink - you just have to consider the calorie implications as you would anything else.

ENFJ (If it is good enough for Lorelai [Lauren Graham] it is good enough for me) ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal…

Have confidence. Just mad dog anyone who looks at you, easy way to win friends - promise. On a serious note: anyone who would bemoan an unhealthy person trying to better themselves is a cretin and worthy only of our collective pity. The truth is some people at the gym will make comments about you to their friends etc, but…

If your goal is simply to lose weight then yes the best way to judge when you need to do more (or, usually, eat less) is to see when your weight loss plateaus for several weeks. Don't be trigger happy though, fluctuations happen so you should be sure of the trend before you act to change it. Good luck.

Almost everyone (should) deadlift more than they squat. Squats are important; they are hard and very few people enjoy doing them but you should continue. Just don't make the mistake of using too much weight and doing half-reps.

You shouldn't really need a spotter at this point for anything you do in the free-weights room (you can even use dumbbells, which you can drop). This said, if you have decided machines are the way to go - which is your prerogative - I would just google "beginner machine workouts" and pick one you like the look of. If you…

I think this differs vastly from person to person for obvious reasons. I tend to try to stick to whatever I had planned for the day but pay close attention to how I am feeling. You are doing yourself a disservice by not allowing yourself adequate recovery time so while I would echo Kr1ptonite I would also suggest you…

There is frankly no point trying to follow a program like Stronglifts or Starting Strength with two 15kg dumbbells as you will start spinning your wheels very quickly. While it may be great advice in general the OP told us what equipment he has and gave no indication of wanting to a) purchase a considerable amount more…

Just do a full body routine three times a week with at least one day of rest between each workout day. I would suggest (and you can google these): Goblet Squat Floor Press Bent over Row Over head press Plus then whatever else you want to try - and enjoy doing (try different things). I would start simple and do 2 - 4 sets…

Buy a kettlebell. Swing it around. ? ? Profit? On a serious note, anything you do by definition will make a difference. The only way to know if what you are doing is enough is to track your results and measure them against your expectations. There are a thousand and one things you can do in the privacy of your own home -…

I lost 300 pounds in 30 seconds! Thanks, Megashake!

No. I would add something if it were 80 calories but I tend to round up quantities to account for the small things I cba to track.

I slip all the time. I binge, I suffer the next day, I accept it and I move on. Sometimes it doesn't happen for weeks and sometimes it happens twice in one week. I don't really mind.
