Passed up on the Hardee's cinnamon raisin roll already today, just because I don't like raisins. But I'm craving a cupcake from (appropriately enough) Cravings cupcakes.

Nothing beat the beers I had the Czech Republic. As for here in the USA- I love my Vermont breweries (Wolaver's Organic is my fave of them). But as others have said, too many excellent beers to pick a favorite.

I'll be there this weekend!

bump- love cauliflower! And it looks like something that can be personalized. I like the chicken idea.

Unfortunately. I hear it on the 90s channel sometimes on Music Choice and a couple of the local radio stations play it every so often. I think they do it to test my reflexes.
-
I still jump over seats/people to change the channel or station when MMMBop by Hanson comes on- I seriously cannot stand that song. Words cannot describe the depths of despise I have for that song. If I Die Young by The Band Perry- So overplayed, and I didn't like to begin with. Now I just hate it. Anything by Taylor…

Sounds good! :)

bump... with a sub of almond butter for the pb. :)

Almond and dark chocolate, followed by peanut. Can't stand peanut butter though- the smell makes my stomach turn. Odd, I know. They must be separated by color, eaten in order in 2s or 3s. And please, no odd colors. It causes undue amounts of stress.

I would like to join as well!

I have some music that I got from Zumba classes that I love to run to. Also- Cruisin' Remix- Florida Georgia Line feat. Nelly We Own It- 2 Chainz & Wiz Khalifa Unsterblich- Oli P. feat Lukas Run the Show- Kat De Luna feat Don Omar

If it's a normal Sunday-Friday morning run, just a little water if I have anything. Saturday runs I may have a little to eat because I have time. Before races- just coffee if travel time is less than 20 mins, maybe a banana if I have to travel more than 20 mins.

bump- looks good!

I used to be able to eat kiwi, but then in 2005 I found that they made me sick. So I haven't tried kiwi since. Also, red wine doesn't like me, which is fine, I don't like it much either. My best friend, who used to work for a vineyard, told me that the tannins in the red could be the culprit.

Odd question- anyway to sub the pineapple for something else? I like the idea of this cake, but I don't like pineapple.

I started off walking, but soon used the Couch to 5K program to get into running. I find that running, doing Zumba, going on walks (minimum of 6 miles for me) and doing some weight training works for me. It may take a little trial & error, but find what works for you and that you like.

This looks really good- and I'm not one for stuffed peppers. :)
-
I used the Active one- I liked it! It gave prompts on when to walk/run/tempo and gave some encouragement when you're about 75% done with the running activity. It also did when you finished. That was about it that I remember. It may be different now as I did C25K last year, but I'm using their 5k-to-10K and it's the same.

Run more 5Ks, run a few 10Ks and maybe even train for a half marathon! :) And of course continue to lose weight, get toned and overall healthy. And find that red sundress for March. :)

My dad was a hunter when I growing up, so we always had guns in the house. He kept them in a locked safe, and I never knew where the key was until I passed a training course at our local gun club. I got drilled into me all the rules about guns and gun safety. Even after I knew where the key to the safe was, I was not…

I grew up with Tonka trucks, GI Joes and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The only person who ever even considered buying me Barbies was my grandmother, and the 3 she got me were not treated kindly (and put out of their misery by being shoved in the Barbie Corvette and pushed down the stairs). I was never a girly-girl- always…

I did C25K in the spring- did wonders for me!! After running about a dozen 5Ks this year, I've started on 5-to-10K and I'm still working at improving my 5K times. Congrats!!!

For me- too much is when I'm really jittery and I can sit still for 5 seconds. Until that happens- no such thing as too much coffee. And let's face it- even after that happens, it isn't too much. Others may disagree though.

Went on a date with Nick Fury... That could be really interesting.

I tend to overuse exclamation marks!!! I'm also a sci-fi nerd. So feel free to add me as well.

Speaking of doughnuts... there's a 5K in Salt Lake City this Saturday called the Donut Dash. Guess what we get to eat at the turn around point? Donut holes. It will be great. You get a 10 second deduction from your time for each donut hole you eat. We'll see how I run on a sugar high. Can't get any worse than my normal…

Obama, since (as a New Englander) I saw what happened in Massachusetts. Though I now live in Utah, it's a bit of a moot point. Though the Salt Lake Tribune endorsed Obama over Romney. Things that make you Hmm.....

I also enthusiastically suggest Couch to 5K!! I started it when I had about 90 lbs to lose, and was able to do it. I started the program the last week of February, finished at the end of April. And last night I ran my 10th 5K. It's definitely doable! Just take your time, repeat days/weeks if you need to, and get a great…
