Just finished C25K. Now what???
I finished C25K this morning! I'd like to improve my time before going on to Bridge to 10K. Can anyone recommend any iPod/iPhone apps??? Now to figure out how I'm going to celebrate. :happy:

I hate math, I really do. I'm no good at it- which is why I was a business major in college... So figuring out my BMR and TDEE was not going to be fun. Anyone else watch cooking shows and try to count the calories in a dish?? I was watching The Chew and the hosts made a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit casserole. All I could think about was- this dish is a calorie bomb! Please tell me I'm not the only one.
